Anime Movies that look real, not cartoony? I don't mean to offend any anime lovers by saying "cartoony" or even by saying "anime lovers", I don't know much at all about anime. I watched a movie called VEXILLE and it looks pretty good. Not hand drawn....i guess I'm looking for good 3d anime movies. I also saw this movie called GOEMON and it was in the anime section, but it didn't look like a cartoon at all. Looked real life. I'm also looking for a movie like GOEMON. Please help me find some movies. I really want to watch something cool.
anime, movies and graphics? I know that we see, in one form or another, some tiny bit of Japanese cartooning and anime inserted into American t.v, seeing how the graphics make up at least 85%, if not more of our video games and all of the consoles that we play, moving from X-Box 360, Playstation 3, and the very popular Nindendo Wii. I may not be as some of you hard core fans and fanatics out there, but i still appreciate how each of the details look, down to the smallest thing. But, how come no one's ever put something as detailed and as CG into a live-action movie? Of course, the genre would have to be taken into account, whether its action or sci-fi, like Avatar; that was pretty cool. But something that, when you went to see in I-MAX 3D, would literally blow your mind. Comments.... questions of your own....
Your top 5 animated movies? Animated meaning drawn like a cartoon or anime (though it can be more realistic and mature), not 3D movies (like Monsters Inc, UP, etc). Which animated movies have the most breathtaking scenary? Most amazing directory? Coolest scenes? My number 1 favorite has got to be Sword of the Stranger. Followed by a slew of Hayao Miyazaki movies. ;-) Best answer goes to best explanations of WHY you love those movies!
TMNT question? do you think that if they HAD to make a 3D movie again they should use Anime Style 3D animation? cuz american cartoon characters look ugly and deformed (jimmy neutron for example), whereas anime characters look cool and stylized (final fantasy for example).
Can I use a movies idea in my game? Well, here is the deal, I liked a certain feature from an anime, which I would like to include in my 3D game. In order to give you the idea let me give you an example, let's say that I though it was cool in One piece that people gained special powers after eating devil fruits. Now to the question: If I am now to use the exact same feature in my game, creating a fruit that gives people special powers, and will admit that it was inspired by One Piece, will I get into any copyright trouble?
what is the name of this movie? it was this anime movie i saw a few years ago. pretty cool and verry beautiful. i think it was animated in 3d and made to look animated. you know how they do it. meaning it cant be that old. the whole thing took place in the air. the main character was a boy. it was pretty steampunk. i cant remember the name for the life of me. it was this anime movie i saw a few years ago. pretty cool and verry beautiful. i think it was animated in 3d and made to look animated. you know how they do it. meaning it cant be that old. the whole thing took place in the air. the main character was a boy. it was pretty steampunk. i cant remember the name for the life of me. and no it isnt steamboy. also the more i think, something about some vehicle that the main character was working on and other people on the ship or blimp or whatever were getting angry at him. and there was one part where he has to man the guns of the ship during a fight and his friend dies. it was very long and it was not last exile.
Looking for a Certain Animated Movie? I remember watching it years ago, but I can't remember what it was called, just a few details The setting is some kind of aerial steampunk themed world, that's the best I can put it. There's a lot of cool looking airplanes. The protagonist was a boy (maybe a girl too, can't remember) and they had a robot buddy that helped them out. One scene I remember is of a guy who's dying, floating around and coughing up blood. It's 3D animation, NOT anime. My searches have all gotten me anime, and I know it was 3D. I can't for the life of me remember what that movie was, but it's stuck with me and I wanna find out...
Does anyone think that there could be a real live action pokemon movie? I've been thinking that if transformers was a sucess and a dragonball Z live movie is coming out, why not a live pokemon movie? believe me, with the technolegy movie productions have, they might be able to do a live pokemon movie. Think of this, the new season of pokemon now use a bit of 3D graphics for pokemon attacks, why not make a 3D realistic LUCARIO (the pokemon) for example? Some of you might say that "yeah cool, but it might be an American version", so what? Transformers was an anime, and so is Dragonball Z and Legend of Zelda (Which are coming soon to theaters). So in your opinion, what do you think about a pokemon live action movie? This might sound funny but I think I now who could play prof. Oak: William H. Macy
