How create 3D model in Autocad LT 2007?

How create 3D model in Autocad LT 2007. or can I use other software for creating 3D model in autocad 2007LT?

1. I'm not familiar with the LT versions, but if you use the elev command, you can give elevation and thickness to all the lines and arcs you draw and then use dview to view them in 3d.
