Does anybody know of a software (free or commercial) that creates "interactve" walkthoughs for 3d CAD models?

"interactive" like we have in 3d games. The navigation part is controlled by the user, walking at a constant speed and height (human height) and not flying around the space! What I found mostly are Game Developer Softwares, but they all work with developer languages like C++, of which I know nothing about! :'( Anyways, any help would be appreciated! :)

1. nothing that i know of for free, but I use Solidworks and it has a package thats included called animator that will do a fly-though animation
