what program can I use to create a 3d CAD model from pictures?

Pictures are of a carved top guitar. I can't get ahold of photomodeler pro. Perhaps somebody knows of something similar that could help.

1. as it is you cannot convert a 2d picture to 3d without putting the work in. autocad does an excellent job as well as several other programs such as bryce3d.
