Need help with 3D- CAD Model design...?

Can someone suggest what I can expect to pay (per hour) for a simple 3d cad model design? I expect that it should take 2 to 3 hours. Dimension is roughly 4 inches by 2 inches

1. This depends on what you are designing. Is it an object? Is it a complex object? Is it geometrically simple or full of complex surfaces? A good modeller should be able to make a model of a reasonable complex object in an hour or two. The work is worth fifty bucks and hour, in my opinion.
