What is my CAD Model Wall Thickness?

I have built a 3D model using Inventor. I am looking to analyze the part for thin regions. Is there a way to do that? Currently I just take sections and check random areas. This is inefficient and I still miss areas. I have access to AutoCAD 2008, Inventor 2008, and Algor's FEMPRO v21.1.

1. You need to run an interference check between the inner shell and the outer shell with a minimum clearance vlaue of what you consider to be "too thin".
