BUILDING MODELS!! thanks in advance?

1. Those models look like computer-generated graphics.
2. Architectural models are usually built from paper, cardboard, glue and any and all materials that look the way the architect likes his model. But be prepared to spend a long time on your model. I was living in student housing next to an architecture student for a while. He spent 16 hours a day for weeks on his models. They did look gorgeous, though. Good luck!
3. Those images are computer generated from programs like Autocad, Revit, microstation, etc. It would also depend on the size of the model for your materials.
