I keep seeing those 3D imax movie concerts advertised? Are they good?

I am wondering whether its worth the money to see one. I have seen one advertised near where I live for a U2 3d movie concert and the Rolling Stones concert. I think the idea is lame but I really like 3d imax shows and I am curious becuase I am wondering how they are making enough money to stay in business when they are not showing normal movies instead
