How about anime in 3d?

When will we be able to see some anime in 3d at the movies, home or IMAX? I would definitely see some robot, sci fi anime in 3d if it was made. I saw Chicken little in 3d but I missed Finding Nemo.

1. I don't know, maybe soon, it seems like they're starting to do just about everything in 3D now. The first one I was was Spy Kids and I was thirteen, but that was only because it was a 3D movie, and where I live, they're extremely rare. But that's what you get for living in a small town.
2. i don't think it'll happen but you never know this may be silly but maybe in japan, animes are so popular there
3. I dont know but i cant wait!!!! its gonna be so cool..but it may take a while becuzz where i live they havent even started showin anime in theaters!! which really stinks! (when i say anime im talkin about wut they are doin in other places like showing trinity blood and stuff like that)
4. Anime is generally in 2D (they're essentially cartoons), and putting a 2D film in IMAX with a pair of 3D glasses probably wouldn't work very well. I think it's a great idea, though. If they put an interesting anime up for grabs in IMAX 3D, I'd be willing to check it out :)
5. Have you seen Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. The animation in that movie rocks!
