Are there ever 3D movies on DVD?

Beowulf(sp) has me wondering....I missed it at the movies...

4. ya i havent heard of alot but i know my little brother has spy kids 3-D and The Adnentures of Shark-boy and Lava-girl they both come with 3D glasses
5. As those examples remind us, it has happened. However, it is rare. The Polar Express was not in 3-D on DVD. Neither was Monster House. I doubt that Beowolf will be in 3-D on DVD. Blockbuster would either have to charge for the glasses or ask for them back, and they don't want to do either. (Granted, the studio could release it in 3-D and 2-D on DVD, and Blockbuster could handle only the 2-D. Blockbuster only handles the R-rated version of certain films which are also available in an unrated version, so there would be something of a precedent.)
