transform from 3d max to hand drawing?

i need a program which can transform building renderings (which has done by 3dmax) to images which look like hand drawing...maybe filter... does someone knows?

1. Of course, it is simple. You won't get a real-sketch like picture, but you should be satisfactory with the results. Here is what you should do: 1. Run 3dmax and Adobe Photoshop CS 2. Then, render the chosen scene in 3dmax. Save the picture or take a screen-shot. 3. Using Photoshop, choose effects-sketch. Set parameters and it's done. :)
