Are there any venture capatlists or angel investors out there? I have a great business plan, need a partner!!

Have developed numerous products. One existing product is a college product (The Beer Pong Constitution). We have developed a patented product and retail package and are now looking for a partner and/or a distributor to get this new product nationwide quickly. I have a business plan and a very detailed packet of information on our new products. I also have prototypes and 3d renderings of all of our products. Looking for someone to work with us, someone who enjoys the college market. Our company name is: The Founding Collegians, LLC. Hopefully we get some responses!!

  1. I work with VC and Angels all the time. Do you have a business plan that you can send to me?
  2. It sounds like you are well on your way. The business plan, the prototype, renderings and patent are a very great start. You only lack some production capability, marketing expertise and probably money. If you can secure a limited number of production quality products or prototypes you could test market the product yourself. Maybe on the internet or mail order. This would be of great interest to any investor. Perhaps you don't even need an investor. Depending on the success of you test market you may be able to fund the next stage. You may also be able to work out a deal with a distributor in which you would receive a large enough order to secure traditional funding or receive a large enough down payment in order to manufacture your product. The remainder would be your profit which you would receive on delivery or whatever terms you can work out with the distributor. I'm pretty sure they want to see a production quality sample though. This way you wouldn't have to share your profits with a investor, venture, angel or other. Their is some information on my website for inventors you might like to check out also. If you send me your renderings or pictures I'd be happy to give you some basic product costs. I might even be willing to help you with some of the production.
