Notebook for Italy.?

Hi! I live in Italy, my sister is now in the USA and she wants to take a notebook there for me. I will use it for drawings and renderings (2d and 3d), but I don't want to spend too much money (1.500 $). I think that I need 2,1 GHz or more; 3 GB or 4GB; 15,4" or 17"... Do anyone know what notebook is right for me? Thanks and sorry for my English...
