what should be the configuration of pc for using cad software?

  1. What do you mean configuration of ur pc? Check the spec requirements of the CAD software you want to put on ur PC and match it up to your spec of your PC. As long as they are ok then it will be ok to put it on. I have used CAD on a rubbish PC so it should be ok to use on pretty much anything
  2. oh autocad is a very sweet software as in like this software doesnt need high configurations to work it works good at even P4 2.40 GHZ processor 128 MB ram but if u going for a new PC then dont get a such an low configuration coz these days this configuration is out of date go for something like asus motherboard and amd processor with graphic integrated and ram min upto 1GB this wud not give u prob for future other new softwares
  3. For the best performance of CAD software, I recommend that you have at least 1GB of RAM, and a fairly large hard drive since drawing files can become large.
  4. dual core 2 duo & higer with 1gb ram r higer enough.. i will suggest you buy i-mac (machintosh) from apple commputers it is the best..
