Do you know any site instructing the Auto cad drawing software?

Is it possible to down load these instructing plans?

1. The reasons there are two year schools around learning this software is that 1) it is very complex, 2) it is not just how to draw, but what to draw that is important. You can learn a limited amount from a website but some web tutorial is not going to make you proficient. Do a search for 'AutoCAD tutorial' and you will surely find something to get you started. You are much better off buying a book or checking out a library book, though.
