- every anime starts off as a manga, to save you from the long writing, lets just say that the cut and dry thing requires a crack team of artists and anime directors from japan requires at least 30 people........really you would need to go to japan to create a true anime since Japan is the king of animes, i would bet its the only country where they teach you how to draw anime the correct way(not cartoons) and you would need ALOT of experience on this to even make a high quality anime
- You can't do it alone, you need a whole team of people to make an anime episode, even with computer programs, you still have to draw out the frames, and you need lots of money to pay them. Usually very skilled people sell comics and then if it is good people turn it into anime. You can't though since 1)your poor 2)you have no patience, you probably suck as drawing and 3)probably suck at making a original story like the other millions of people with your same dream 4)You have to be good enough for a company to sell your comic 5your comic has to be good enough for a company to turn it into anime And six the biggest of all 6)you have to live in Japan, and know Japaneses to make an ANIME. You only hope is to work really hard, come up with something original and interesting, get yourself well known and out there, a producer takes note of your and wants to make a deal with you such as selling your comic, or letting you be the director of a cartoon. Oh and ANIME SUCKS !
- There's a very old technique, which is still commonly used, of using still pictures interspersed with just a few simple animations. By flashing between still pictures, you can create an illusion of animation where there is none. The most important thing though is to have very good audio. You need music, sound fx, background ambiance (wind, traffic, chatter) and vocal talent for the characters - that is NOT easy. You can do all the voices yourself, but if you want female characters or boys it is virtually impossible without a woman to provide the vocals. You can however simulate a range of different voices by using a cheap voice-morphing program to change pitch and tempo.
