Which speakers help?
I saw an offer for some speakers * 3D surround sound * 14 watt RMS subwoofer in wooden casing * 2 x 5 watt RMS satellite speakers * Includes 3.5mm jack audio cable * €24.49 + €0.50 PRF * Price per item I was thinking of hooking it to the tv for for a fuller sound, is it worth it i know nothing about speaker specs, will the tv even be able to make proper use of the peakers when watching normal tv?

- No those speakers aren't going to put out very much sound at all. My speaker have a 150 RMS anf they put out 600watts each.
- 1) 3D Sound - what type? SRS? Sounds dubious at best 2) 14 Watt - This would barely move a speaker that is 8 inches or larger which is what you want for good bass. Typical high quality sub woofers have anywhere from 600-1200 watts. 14 watts is just not going to do anything. 3) Again 5 Watt speakers will not be able to reproduce any mid range/low end (to match where the sub frequency ends). They will sound like headphones turned up very loudly. You are clearly not in the US so I can't say what your EU options are, but you do need to step it up a notch. 50-100 watts for the 5 speakers, and 300 or ideally 600-1000 watts for the sub hooked up to a receiver/amp that can process real sound protocols such as Dolby Digital and DTS (and that that list goes on) Hope this helps
