  1. Buddy, you can run pretty much anything you want on that computer.
  2. Your laptop should be fine. Don't play the games on battery power if at all possible. Playing on the battery will drain it very quickly. Mine has nearly the same features and I use it for CAD work while on the road. The best thing to do, if you want to improve the performance would to be to go to www.analogx.com and find the program that allows you to adjust the amount of memory and system resources your computer will use while gaming. Analog X has predefined several settings and you can customize them to suit your computer's hardware and memory. Once you finish playing, with one click you can revert to your previous settings. You can toggle to program on and off, making it much easier to use than some other, lesser programs I have seen. While you are there, look through and you might find some really great programs to use. All of the programs are free to use, registration is up to you. You can read reviews of Analog X on the web. The other possiblity you way want to pursue is to search the web for Black Viper's windows (XP) settings. The guy seriously tested XP and determined what had to run and what could be turned off with out harming your computer. He hasn't been heard from in a few years, but his settings speak for themselves. Once you shut down all of the unnecessary programs and processes running by default, you'll be amazed how fast your laptop actually runs. I hope this helps.
  3. Everything about this computer should be fine, but it's really not great for gaming, it's got an Intel GMA 950, which is on the low end of graphic cards for gaming, it will do ok for some of the games you mentioned, but if you want something a little better for gaming, look for something with a dedicated graphics card. A better processor won't hurt either, although the one listed above is pretty good. Most good gaming laptops cost considerably more, so if you don't mind limiting the types of games you play, this computer would be adequate.
  4. You need a dedicated video card to play any of the latest games at top speed, yours is shared.
