Will the pc be able to run crysis and vista ultimate smoothly?

hi, I need help cuz I really want to get crysis but my computer can't handle it so im planning to buy another pc and these are the specs:AMD Phenom X4 9550 CPU AMD CrossFire 790X MB 2GB DDR2-800 Memory 250GB 7200 RPM SATA-II HDD 20x Double Layer DVD+/-RW ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB 16x PCI-Express Video [Cross-Fire] 7.1 Channel 3D Surround Sound 600 Watts Subwoofer Speakers 10/100/1000 Network LAN help will really be appreciated thanks!

1. I suggest you google the requirements..
2. That will definitely work. Another 2 gigs of RAM (its pretty cheap nowadays) wouldn't hurt.
