If you had the chance to produce a cartoon for television, what would it be about?

Animation appeals not only to children but to adults as well. If you had resources, and access to ground-breaking 3D technology, what kind of cartoon would you like to make for people to enjoy?

1. I would make a cartoon about our daily life issue in Malaysia or even Asia or even the world. For example like "Simpsons" or "South Park". This will actually appeal both adults and children, based on the interpretation of the message that is going to be passed. For example, it might be funny for children but it is serious based on the adult interpretation, like people pushing, squeezing, swearing and all kinds of face reaction to be on the Putra LRT during peak hours at 8.30am in the morning.
2. I suppose it would be one like the original Lilo and Stitch movie, though nothing to do with aliens or world destruction, ghosts, the living undead, fantasy worlds where some beautiful woman always is the key to saving Humanity... Something simple, such as two people's internet relationship while living in the same suburb and how they learn the lessons of life that affect each other while never talking in person.
3. wooot. tough question. for me, i would like to make 3D about animal. if US can make duckyduck we here can make dwarfie duck. hehe. just kidding.
4. An updated verison of Thundercats. Instead of it being the same cats, make it new ones. The next generation. Have a few of them be the kids of the ones from the original show and a few of them be new characters in general. Same with the villians. Have Lion-O be older so he doesn't go in battle, kinda do with him like Jagga was only without being a spirit thing. Panthro should still be around creating things for the team and training the kids in combat, but he'd be the old gruff burly instructor. He should get with that human female he liked. Maybe they have a halfing child who is on the team. Make it setup like there's a kingdom now, Lion-O rules it, the Thundercats are like the Elite Troops. The others wouldn't be around as much but they appear in the show from time to time. Mumm-Ra is gone, but have some new one trying to bring him back. Some 20 something year old warlock who worships him. Then eventually in the series he does manage to bring him back. The mutates are off in their own lil horde like kingdoms, and have new villians and races appear on the world.

7. 1. may be humor, like sin chan 2. I like the mecha with great graphic like gundam seed, macross, and the voice of distant star
8. If I could get the rights, I'd like to make a cartoon based on either the Dragonlance saga or the adventures of Dritzz and his companions. I would try to get it airtime on Sci-Fi. Make it more adult oriented. Not dirty, just true to the storylines.
9. A teenage anime will appeal to a lot of audience. I won't reveal the plot, coz you may steal my "ideas".. LOL.. ..but you get my drift. The idea is, make the series, sell merchadise from these series!
10. i would produce cute animal cartoons that would educate the children and parents about life and the values that would makes us a better person in a very creative storylines and plots

12. A cartoon about politics, n the stuffs happening in Malaysia, which everybody can relate to. A cartoon like a mix of spongebob and southpark... Although southpark contains vulgarity, the producers are brave enough to voice out their opinions about everything from the most sensitive racism to politics and religion (exaggeratedly done).
13. I would like to colloborate with Datuk Lat and produce a cartoon based on his comic The Town Boy. It shows a mix of how Malaysians lived in harmony. Malays were represented by Mat, Frankie - the hip Chinaman, Tara Singh and Lingam - the Indian and Sikhs and of course Rodrigez the Eurasian next door. Their mischiveous exploits at school and in love was a great fun to read. And like all great authors, Datuk Lat always had a message in his comics.
14. i would make a cartoon about a penguin and a bear living in the human world. doing everyday stuff, noting unusual, just a fact that theyre animals.my answer is a bit twisted but i've got the storyline in my head.

16. There's almost uniquely Malaysian with our drivers and the road we travel. Federal Highway itself is like 8th wonder of the world. (Federal Highway itself can spawn to 3 episodes: 1. traffic jam 2. traffic jam part II 3. things to do while you stuck in a traffic jam) Personally it doesn't have to be high-tech kinda cartoon, but it sure would be funny to see a car drifting just to jump-queue to pay the toll. Just imagine the close-up of bumper to bumper
