When I watch movies in 3D it gives me a headache and the movies gets blurry during camera movement why?

i wear my glasses underneath the 3d glasses

1. you need to be more specific do you take youre glasses off to put the 3d glasses on if you do them youre eyes are trying to adjust so that you can see the movie clearly
2. What is your vision level? This can be caused by not having perfect 20/20 vision.
3. Happens to most people, since each eye is receiving a different kind of light. It's pretty normal, but I agree with the person above. You may need to wear contacts or get a better presciption, one eye may have better/worse sight than the other.
