whats the difference of these animation programs at Ai.?

* 3D Modeling for Animation & Games * Animation * Animation Art & Design * Computer Animation * Media Arts & Animation * VFX for Film & Television Whats the difference? i read the descriptions at Art Institute site and they all sound the same? does it make a difference which one you choose? what if you want to pursue in animation like anime? making cartoons? which one is that for?

1. Are you completely set on this school? Have you researched other schools that teach animation? I don't mean to question your judgement, but I have read many articles and met people who work in animation and graduated from the Ai school from various cities.... all of them have no positive things to say about the Ai schools. The joke I keep hearing is they're the DeVry version of art schools. Seriously, you should consider other schools before you commit to the Ai schools. Cal Arts, Savannah College of Art, or Ringling School of Art are few schools that have good reputations and respected by many animation companies. I'll list a couple of good sources of animation information down below... Good luck!
