how can you make those grayish cloudy 3d glasses?

There are like these gray 3d glasses and I need to know how to make them or somewhere I can buy them for cheap.THANKS

1. They're called "polarized" 3d glasses. I believe they work by having each lense filter light by polarity, but at differing angles. The 3d image has to be compatible with the exact angles used in the lenses or the effect won't work. So one pair of glasses won't work with every polarized 3d image out there. This place apparently sells a nice generic pair for 3 bucks. http://www.rainbowsymphony.com/3d-polarized-glasses.html But knowing what they're called you can probably find them in lots of places.
