Why wont my 3D glasses work for Hannah Montana movie?

I am using the ones you get from the movie theaters the RealD kind and they won't work! what is wrong? anyone experiancing anything with there 3d glasses from walmart or movies? pretty sure tv is from this centruy I have Direct TV

1. mine aren't working either and walmart is sold out!!!
2. My daughters aren't either and she has 3 pairs. We got them from walmart.
3. Are they red and blue? That's what my kids have. Also, there are parts where it is not in 3-D...it shows in the corner when to take them on or off. You need the red and blue lensed ones to see it in 3D. I have a headache from looking at it. And we were at that concert in Salt Lake where I got a headache from the screaming kids. ;p
4. it's almost impossible to get the same 3D experience you would've gotten in the movies... look at the tv you are watching the hm movie on... Is it old? Is it HD? Blue-ray? Or is it something from the 20th century? I'm sorry they aren't working for you, my little cousin would be very mad right now if she hadn't already seen it in theaters!

6. You can't use the ones from the 3D movie if you saw it in theatres. Those only work when you see it in theatres. You have to use the red and blue ones from Walmart. My glasses were blurry! Like at times, it looked like 3 or 4 Hannahs//Mileys were onscreen. lol. The glasses got annoying, but it was better than not having any at all!!
7. My daughter and her friends had the 3D glasses from Walmart... still could not see a 3D effect. Only looked like a distorted picture. I tested the glasses on some 3D pics I found on the web...the glasses worked fine. So it had the be the poor quality on the side of Disney..or whoever was to apply the 3D effect to the filming. My daughter and I saw the concert in the theater and it was done very well. The kids were very disappointed last night. You would have thought that it would have all been tested before airing.
