- 3 or 4 D ultrasounds are usually not covered by insurance. I don't know about California, but I believe they cost a couple hundred dollars here in Florida.
- I looked it up on a site and it says its $199 for the most exspensive package which is 30 mins long and you get pictures and a cd and all that. I found a website with prices but this is in Fl so it might be diff in Cali but im not sure. They are def worth the money I think. If you go on that site and looks at the pictures its just amazing. Good luck! http://www.maxsono.com/pack.html
- Call your insurance, visit this website. http://www.1800sonogram.com/?gclid=CLrPwvu22YwCFSm3hgodjQa8Ew
- They may give you a discount on them, because of your insurance. I've heard that the 4d ones are a little expensive, but the only price I've heard is the dvd you get of it costs around 150 dollars. Call your insurance and ask them about it, they may be able to work something out to make it cheaper.
- They will usually cover at least one ultrasound during a pregnancy. Call them and find out.. ultrasounds are very costly I cant put a dollar amount on them but its in the hundreds. A sonogramer is expensive.
- I had one done with my daughter, it cost $150. It wasn't covered by our insurance. We had a half hour session all put on a dvd for us to watch at home and we got 9 different pictures printed out. When we were in the office and they were doing the us, the had it all on a big tv right there where we could see. We were also allowed to bring 6 people. The quality was excellent, very clear. It was so worth it! It was so neat to see her moving around and sucking on her little toes, I really recommend doing it.
- 3 and 4d are not covered by insurance usually and if they are it is only a percentage. I have never had one but have looked into it. I live in Florida and they can range from $99 to $300 depending on what package you want.
- insurance will only cover it if medically needed...I have BCBS also They won't pay for it but I bought a package for $150; two 30 min scans, 2 DVDs and 2 CDS....one scan was $100 so why not?
- 300-400 dollars. Depending on what kinda deal you want.
- I live in Mississippi and the 3D ultrasounds here are $125 and are not covered by insurance because they are not medically necessary.
