At what point can you get a 3D or 4D Ultrasound?

At what point would you recommend it (if you were going to get one)?

1. I've seen some great pics at 20 weeks! So I would atleast wait until then.
2. i would recomend it at around 5-8 months b/c they are more formed and look like a real baby the longer you wait the better the baby wil look

4. My doctor recommended about 28 weeks or more. The further along you are the more details you will be able to make out.
5. I had mine at 25 weeks, turned out good but if i had it to do over and could be patient enough i would go around 28 weeks. good luck
6. Funny that I stumbled across this question. I was curious too, so I called the center and they said it will be 27 weeks and up so you can see the baby more developed.. I'm going in right on 27 weeks and schedule another appointment at 33 weeks.
