Do i need 3D glasses to watch the Best of both worlds concert on Tv.?

I have saw it on the internet but it didnt came out early on Tv like in the U.S.A.I live in Sweden and it is coming on Disney tommorow.So do i need the 3D glasses to watch on Tv. and what is the use of it.
