Is the Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus -Best of Both Worlds concert DVD 3D Movie will be sold in the Philippines?

I just wanna know if the DVD of Miley Cyrus Concert Movie in 3D will be sold here in the philippines. i am very desperate to have it!!! could you please tell me when and where to buy it? cause i cant go to other countries just to buy it. please tell me.
