How do you learn the basics of Cinema 4D?

Is there a website or book, or magazine, that teaches the basics of Cinema 4D (preferably not expensive- or free- frees always good) maybe a website?

1. There's www.cineversity.com, but it's very expensive and there's a limited amount of free resources on the site. As far as books...no, there's no good books. There's really not to many out there and a lot of them are no good. The best and cheapest place to start would be on C4Dcafe.com. They have free tutorials, resources, and a ton of C4D experts.
