What digital camera under £200 can do all of these things?

Record good movies in stereo. Act as a webcam. Take decent photos.

4. not sure about using one as web cam, better to get a dedicated cam for quality....they are cheap enough. cant speak for all models obviously but my personal choice would be one of the Fuji Finepix range. These cameras tend to give a good choice between standard digital and digital slr, good zoom, good quality pics and camera build, face recognition etc. as for taking decent photos, no camera can guarantee that, it all depends on the camera user ;)
