  1. First of all make things abt 3D clear for yourself so that u may not have any problems in choosing ppl. It just can't be decided based on a single factor. There are many biases on which you have to choose the quality and quantity of ppl exactly required or else u will end up loosing ur financial resources as well as wasting ur time.
