Recommendations for new server for small engineering firm?

Looking to replace our existing server. What is a recommended system and specifications to fit the following office setup? Engineering firm of about 10-15 people. 10 computer systems will be running intensive programs, e.g. AutoCAD (3D modeling). Two other computers that will handle admin tasks. One large multifunction laser printer, one medium-sized laserjet printer, and one full-size plotter. Current server has SBS 2003 which we should be able to transfer the license over to the new server. Firm size will fluctuate between 10-20 people (depending on the economy).
