How much do you charge for architectural 3d renderings using 3d max/ viz?

I I do residential renderings- very realistic. A lot of foliage and details. I'm just not sure how much I should be charging, say, for a 3000 sf home. Not very many local residential architects do the renderings in-house, and when they do, they typically charge $1000-3000, whereas I was only charging $300-500 and I am not established.

1. Depends on how good you are and how established you are. I think that most architectural companies do this type of stuff in house though. Can you post more information?
