Easy 2d/3d illust. or CAD program for newbie?

I was wondering if anyone could give me a heads up on what would be a very user friendly version of a 2d/3d program. Just want to make a few models and a few sketches. For giggles. not looking to drop 1K either. Oh, and I hated google sketch up. 2. autodesk inventor is a pretty sweet program. Then you could find a cracked version (be careful of viruses though). Its pretty simple, and has lots of great features. You can make individual parts and put them together/animate them
