1. Choose PC 2....it has the best processor for ur budget. A 3 GHz processor is more than enough needed for gaming...just choose PC 2
2. simple answer, AMD are gaming machines more so than Intel, I would look into the 4th comp make sure it has adequate cooling, it obviously has a descect amount of ram and large graphics card, good hard drive and a 500w power supply and not to shabby price as well
