Logitech X-540 - Certain sounds only play on some speakers. Voice only works on the front speaker. Is it norm?

I bought a logitech X-540 set and they sound great no doubt about it. However when Im watching some movies or listening to music the voices only play on the front speaker(s). Certain noises only work on some of the speakers sometimes. Lets say if someone smashes a window in a movie you hear the sound of the glass falling to the floor on the rear speakers and not on all of them for example. The 3D feature is supposed to mimic real life sound. If someone behind you calls you, you know the person is behind you. That however doesn't work properly with these speakers. How do I change this so the speakers have a more real "sound distribution"? and is it possible to have voices coming out of all the speakers? (Voice comes out of the front speaker at all times and only comes out of the rear speakers on certain movies or music) Sorry about the long speech. Its hard to explain it all in just a few words. Thanks in advance. Mauro
