Anyone remember a 1980 episode of That's Incredible where they turned regular TV into 3D before your eyes?

They showed some lions on the plain, a football game clip and one other scene. It was invented by two guys who studied how the eye sees. The technoolgy was about the size of a briefcase. I watched it on a regular TV and it actually looked 3D with no glasses.

1. I remember that episode and believe the host of the show was John Davidson (i am not positive ) who passed away at a young age.
