why does my 3d games have their graphics blinking or flashing black and white?

i already played it for several months and have no problem. im sure i passed the requirements. last week when im playing a game, a brown out occur, then when i turned on my pc the next day, and play a game, the graphics are blinking, whats the cause of this?

1. Your graphic card isn't good enough. Trying updating your graphic card driver, or buy a better graphic card. You can check games to see if they are compatible with your computer on this website:
2. You probably didnt read the game box to find out what its requirements are and installed it on a pc that doesnt fill them....next time, read the box?
