what's a good software I can use to make 3d models of the inside of a building?

I want to design a gym and would like to design using a 3d software maker.

1. 3dstudio max, its an expensive program tho
2. i use google sketch up and find it very good... so i would highly reccomend downloading it... by the way it is free...
3. I think that depends on how professional you want your work, how much money you want to spend and how much knowledge you have on CAD software... Here r some that can help Punch 3D --> Pretty easy to use, not too pro, but you can get a trial version. ArchiCAD --> It has good tools, but a little complicated. AutoCAD --> I think it's the daddy of CAD software (not that I use it a lot ;), but not easy to use if you're not an experienced designer in CAD's
