What is the 'Proper age' for breast reduction surgery?
My younger stepsister (she has yet to get a yahoo account) is a 4D which in certain countries is a G. My mother and my stepfather have talked to her about surgery because she has had severe pains in her back for the past 2 years. Currently, she is fifteen (sixteen in April). We are also moving in the summer to a new part of the state, which if she got the surgery over the summer, would result in her having a higher self esteem once she got to the new school. Do the circumstances permit her not to wait for a few more years (17/18?)

- Only her doctor (not the plastic surgeon) can decide this. If the excess weight is damaging long term to her health he will approve it.
- Actually a friend of mine just got breast reduction surgery done. She says it the best thing she have ever done and the results look really good so far. She regrets she should have done it years ago. She got it done in India through Tour2inida4healt Consultants and her experience was wonderful. She said that the standards were a bit like British hospitals used to be "back in the day" - things were a bit basic, but the actual standards of patient care and cleanliness are much higher than in NHS hospitals. She was very pleased with the way she was treated there, and most of all happy with the final result and she’s grateful that she was in the right hands. Tour2inida4health Consultants is very famous in India. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. http://www.tour2india4health.com
- there is no proper age, however, i would wait until my chest was finished growing. usually around 18 girls have reached the end of puberty and won't their bodies won't change significantly anymore.
