I will be having a 4D ultrasound done on Saturday and Im 20 weeks pregnant?

Will the images look fine? Has someone gotten one at 20 wks? I know the baby is still small and skinny, just wondering if i could get nice images of the face and body?

3. I had my ultrasound done at 20 weeks, and my Doc does 3d as well. They looked amazing. Your baby dosent look small and skinny in the pics. Congrats!
4. i had my first 4d @ 18 weeks my baby was skinny, but she was still really cute. definatly could tell what was what. you will get nice pics im sure.
5. Yes! I got mine at 20 weeks and we could see everything!! His spine, arms, FINGERS, ears, nose, mouth, eye holes, feet, everything!! We got great profile shots and REALLY cute ones of his hands on his face! You will be able to see your baby SO clearly... you are going to be AMAZED!! Heres a link to my myspace. 6. Think about saving your money and instead spend a few dollars on a mike that will pick up your babies heartbeat at Toys R Us if you want to be more connected with your baby. Best wishes, G
7. I had one done at 20wks also, Baby has little fat, so you wont be able to tell who it looks like, but you can def. tell it's a baby. It's amazing,, have a great time. I would love to do it again!!!!
8. the baby will be skinny but you can still tell its a baby. Here are my 3d photos at 27 weeks. My son was hiding behind his elbows and placenta so I go back to do a retake on thursday at 30 weeks 1 day. I had a 4d US done at 11 weeks, and you can see all the features that the baby already has. at 20 weeks your baby will be a lot more developed and you should see everything so clearly. this would be the perfect time to see the sex of your little one if you dont already know. congrats and good luck!
10. "When is the best time for 3D ultrasound? You can see clear and realistic pictures throughout the pregnancy. In early stages of pregnancy (20 to 26 weeks) you can see amazing baby movements. Later in the pregnancy you may see more details of the face and less activities of the baby. If " So you should see alot and I bet it will be really fun and exciting. Personally we're not having one done because the cost where we live is pretty high so we're just going to wait and see the baby the old fashion way. A word of caution though, a friend of mine had a 3D/4D u/s, and the pictures of the baby were creepy, lol. They didn't look a lot like a baby, more like the scream mask. And the baby was in a poor position so they couldn't get many face shots at all. However when she was born she was an adorable little girl and looked nothing (thank god) like her 3d ultrasound pics.
11. It will look great. That's actually a good time to make the ultrasound, because the bigger he gets, the more difficult it will be to see the whole baby, you'll just see parts, like a foot or a hand or even half a face. When he's smaller you can see the big picture and it looks a lot better. Congrats and good luck.
12. It'll be cute, but if you really want to get your money's worth, wait another 8 weeks. At 20 weeks, your baby is still very very sketetal. They have no fat on them, they're just skin & bone. You won't get nice pictures of the face, they'll be very skull-like. I had some 4D scans done at my 20 weeks anatomy scan because they were having difficulty examining his brain. So I have a bunch of 4D pictures, and as much as I love them, I would never recommend someone to pay money for a 20 week 4D scan. They're not "cute." Wait until 28 weeks, when the baby has chubbed up, and will like more like a baby, not a skeleton.
13. If you plan on having only one 4D ultrasound, the best time is between 26-30 weeks
