Where can I find copyright-free medical images re: human development?

I'm specifically looking for images of fetal development. Especially photos/illustrations/renderings that show the stages of fetal growth (just the fetus) and it's anatomical implications for the woman (cross sections including fetus). Public domain images would be best but I'm also open to reasonably priced stock images (I consider istockphoto.com reasonably priced but they lack a good catalog of medical images).
