what's a website that I can build a 3D house model..for my project?

1. Download google sketchup. It's free and pretty simple to use.
2. since you're looking for a website, i'm guessing you mean a digital model. there is a free program called Google Sketchup, it is very good. Search it on google.
3. Autodesk has a free trial download for their software. You would want the Architectual 3d Desktop version. That will help you design it. If you want to you can download Impressions 2 and that will allow you to add some nice coloring effects.
