What Is a good PDA That can handle good 3D games?

I'm looking for a PDA that has good 3D graphics. What's a good one I could get? HP, 02, Palm or something that handles Nvidia Graphics.

1. No mobile phone has a mobile video chipset capable of being compared with a lot of mobile gaming systems, like a PSP for example. Your best bet is to get a decent Windows Mobile phone. They have quite a few games that are pretty high quality (check out winplay.com). Depending your carrier, you probably have a lot of different options for devices, but I recommend any by HTC.
