WoW model/animation program?

is there any program i can download for free that lets me view a 3d model of WoW characters and animations?

1. Try autodesk 3ds max, 3ds maya I know the game is programmed in Lua, but I don't know what the models are created in sorry. It takes a long long time to learn how to use them even basically though, so don't get too excited :P You can download them at warez-bb.org
2. You can use Blender 3D and it is Open Source. It is at www.blender.org You can learn to use it from UTUBE or WIKI or WWW.NETHERCODE.COM Be sure to checkout its ability to export or render files out to numerous formats.
3. Other answers suggest you use a full featured 3D modeling tools, which, by the way, do not have the option to view or import WoW models. You should use WoW Model Viewer (you can find it at http://www.wowmodelviewer.org) - lets you view models, try different gear, mounts and what not. Does exactly what you want to do.
