I have a full sketch book, 3D renderings & CAD drawings of furniture designs, how do I align myself w/ a buyer

I am an experienced architectural designer (commercial, educational, industrial...). The realm of furniture design is a release for me at the end of the day. In turn, I have compiled a full sketchbook, 3D renderings of my favorite collections, and CAD drawings. How do I market these designs? Find a "friend of a friend" who is interested and hope they have wealthy friends. This would be a start, but I am looking for a "durable competitive advantage" over another "Joe" in the same boat as me. Should I, if possible, sell the entire collection? Or am I way off, and is there another direction I should be considering? I've toured production facilities, continue to research products/material, and complete designs frequently. I am a designer not a marketing major. How should I align myself with this network? I'm interested in capitalizing on these designs, how do I connect the dots?
