What is the CAD software used on HGTV's Hidden Potential?

1. I've heard it's called Maya. I hear it's pretty complex, which is too bad because I LOVE that show and would like to try it for myself just for the fun of it. I also want to add that if you are an amateur like me, Punch! makes a software called Interior Design Suite. I have the Landscape Suite and love it.
