Ipod Nano 3D Generation - Adding Videos?

So I recently purchased a 4GB Ipod Nano 3D Generation and I was planning on adding videos to it. I downloaded a music video from BearShare and when i tried to transfer the music video from the iTunes library to my ipod, it said "was not copied because it cannot be played on this ipod" Then i changed the video format to a "MPEG-4 video file" which i believe is the one Ipod supports? Anyways, it transferred onto my ipod perfectly but for some reason there was no sound :S. The video played perfectly but there was no sound whatsoever.. I Tried going to "get info, video, and change it to a music video" like somebody on here suggested but that still didn't work :s. The problem is not the ipod because it also doesn't play in the iTunes library. Not sure what's wrong.. Can anyone help plz?? And I tried this with other videos...so i know it isn't the video either..
