What kind of 3D glasses do they give you?
I'm going to see Coraline in 3D today at the AMC theater. The movie is about $2+ more than a normal movie there and I was wondering are they going to give me those stupid paper red/blue glasses or the cool real ones? Thanks :D

- they give you the real ones...& i saw coraline twice...its absolutly amazing! have fun!
- My guess is the stupid cardboard ones. But maybe if it's a different theater they will give you better glasses. Although you probably be able to keep them.
- rubbish paper ones. i cant wear them they hurt my eyes
- I haven't seen Coraline yet, but I did see My Bloody Valentine. They gave us special 3D glasses that looked like regular sunglasses. And they worked. I would imagine that they would give the same ones out for Coraline.
- Cool Real ones...and you get to keep the glasses enjoy the movie!!!
- The cinema i go have changed them to really cool ones!
- they give you the real onessssssss, and believe me its awsome, and its a real experience, iwant to go again to see it again, here in mexico they ask you at the end of the movie to return the glasses and you pay like a normal ticket, but i arranged myself to keep mines (6), so if you are in US i think they must give you the good ones if not a better ones hahaha
- They give you the plastic sunglasses type which are called polarized 3d glasses. Also movies have not been released using the red and blue glasses since 1950. People think the 3d of the 50's was red and blue, it was not, it was polarized. It was the 3d comic books that used the red and blue glasses. Jaws 3d that came out in 1983 was polarized. Also televisions can't do polarized 3d, only the red and blue 3d. To do polarized like 3d that television has to be specially made to do so.
