I have 1 bad eye and 1 good eye and am wondering if i will be able to use the Nvidia 3D Vision Goggles?

1. Yes, but you will be straining your good eye.
2. depends, it states that they will fit over glasses if that's what you are asking. also once you do have the kit there are some user tests on there that you can take to see if it will work for you, too bad its after you buy it. I would imagine though that it should work to some extent as long as you aren't totally blind in that one eye. goodluck!
